Journey to the Inner Teacher Audio

• Use this audio to journey to do shamanic journeys to your inner spirit teacher. A two-minute description of the mystical heart – “the Doorway to Spirit,” is followed by 15 minutes of shamanic journey drumming, ending with a song calling you back into the body. Working with your inner teacher is an ongoing process of building relationship. Your intentions for the journey can be open-ended, like “Teach me what you want me to know next,” or “Help me build power.” Or they can be more specific, like “Bring healing to [this issue],” or “She me what is happening in [this situation.]”
