Shamanic Pilgrimage to Ireland

September 6th - 14th, 2026

A Journey with Celtic Goddesses, Ancestors, and Our Own Power

Dublin | Boyne Valley | Sligo | Donegal

We invite you on this spectacular spiritual adventure into the mythic heart of Ireland. This is more than a tour; it is a prayer in motion, and a pilgrimage to meet Celtic Goddesses and Gods in various forms. Ireland is a landscape of "deep time," where the veil is thin and the land is exceedingly alive. We carry with us an intention to honor the ancestors, work with the Goddesses of life, and steep ourselves in the mystery of being human. Come to have fun, for sure – and also to absorb spiritual energy, to reclaim and amplify your inner power.

Part III: The Great Wombs of Sligo

Thursday, Sep. 10:

  • Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetery:  A cluster of passage tombs and giant central cairn. Here we step into the “Ancestral Womb." It’s well-maintained and deeply grounding. This is an easy, short hike on manicured paths, including a visitor center with great historical information.
  • Knocknarea & Queen Maeve’s Grave: A moderate-to-strenuous ascent to the summit to meet the legendary Queen Maeve, fierce carrier of feminine sovereignty.
  • The Cailleach: Throughout the day, we explore the stern, transformative energy of the Goddess of Winter and “shedding.”

Friday, Sep. 11: Temples and Wells

  • Carrowkeel Cairns: A remote, unmanaged, and windswept "Wild Temple" on a high plateau. Possibly the oldest passage tomb in Ireland. A moderate-to-strenuous 40-minute steep hike.
  • Tobernalt Holy Well: A respite for cleansing and reflection to integrate the intensity of Sligo before heading North to wild Donegal.
  • Drive to Donegal: About 1.5 Hours
  • Stay: Three nights in Donegal

----------------------------

Phase IV: Donegal & The Edge of the World

Saturday, Sep. 12th:

  • Slieve League: Experience the wild Atlantic at some of the highest sea cliffs in Europe—wilder and more potent than the m ore famous (and heavily touristed) Cliffs of Moher. A moderate hour-long hike.
  • Maghera Beach & Caves: Beach time with the potential of exploring sea-carved caves and the rugged coast (tide permitting). Easy hike to the beach and caves.

Sunday, Sep. 13th:

  • Beltany Stone Circle: A hilltop circle with 360-degree views that feels vibrantly "alive." Easy ten-minute hike.
  • Grianan of Aileach: A royal stone ringfort aligned with the sun and the Goddess Grainne. A short but steep, "moderate" 1-mile round trip that usually takes 30–60 minutes to complete

Monday, Sep. 14th:

  • Back to Dublin: About a three-hour drive

The Path of Reciprocity

Throughout this pilgrimage, we practice the art of offering and giving. While we will gain much for ourselves from this journey, we don’t just take – we offer breath, song, silence, flowers, gratitude and prayer. We are here to serve and feed the spirits of the land as much as we are here to learn from them.

The price includes lodging for seven nights in shared rooms (two per room). The fee also covers ground transport beginning from when we leave Dublin to when we return to Dublin.

If you want a single room add on $850 and let me know when you register. It makes it very difficult if you decide later to have a private room, and I won’t be able to guarantee it. Sharing a room with a total stranger is not something everyone can do well. If you are nervous person, or really need your space, if you tend toward cranky, or if you are someone who snores, or has a CPAP machine, or is a very light sleeper, or is up and down at night, I highly recommend you not try to save money by doing a shared room.

You will be responsible for booking and paying for your airfare, and for food and drink, and your hotel in Dublin the night of September 6th before our trip, and the night of the 14th as the trip concludes. After you register, I’ll send you suggestions as to where to book lodging in Dublin. You’ll also reimburse me for the entrance fees for Newgrange and the fees for guest speakers we engage (max of $150 per person). Based on previous trips, I think you can budget about $100 per day for food (not including alcohol and sticky toffee pudding).

What Previous Travelers Had to Say...

"Being in a class or ceremonial space with Jaime is the spiritual experience I always wanted from church but never found. Jaime moves easily between the sacred and the silly, putting everyone at ease and creating an amazing camaraderie and intimacy between strangers. The class was motivating, inspiring, and thought-provoking. I would take any class from Jaime because I know that in anything he leads, I will be reminded of how sacred life is and feel connected to my deepest self."

"Traveling with Jaime was a life-changing experience. He led us to places of extraordinary beauty and spiritual power, where we had a perfect mix of structured teachings and free time for personal exploration. What began as a group of strangers felt like a family by the end of the trip. For anyone interested in cultivating a more spiritual life, a trip like this is an invaluable opportunity to immerse yourself in a kind of beauty and wonder that can further you on your path. Since coming home I've felt stronger, more centered, and more peaceful than ever. I'm already planning my next trip abroad with Jaime!"
