What to Expect
This healing session will flow through three distinct parts:
- Clearing the Shadows: We will ceremonially invite the solstice life force to clear away old patterns and stagnant energy. (More details will be shared during the session.)
- Empowering Your Vision: Through a potent guided meditation, we will call in the immense support of the solstice to fuel your vision for growth. We will work with the direct help of sacred tobacco as a healing ally.
- Integration: We will seal the energy and our intentions with a closing prayer.
How to Prepare
- We will begin the session with drumming. Yes, it can feel a bit awkward over Zoom, but it is powerful! If you want to drum or rattle along, please bring your tools.
- No other physical preparation is needed. Simply come with an open heart, your sincere yearning, and a commitment to loving life.
