New Moon Drum Circle and Ceremony
Welcoming the first kiss of Summer!
Saturday, May 4 / 7 PM- 9:30
Location: Jaime's House of Wahoo, 4227 Lyndale Avenue South, MPLS.
This drum circle celebrates the new moon and the opening of summer - the direction South on the Celtic medicine wheel. Join us for evening of drumming, music, storytelling, and general Wahoo followed by shamanic ceremony with the energies of both the new moon and the emerging summer. Bring a drum, rattle or other instrument if you want, or borrow one from my great Mound 'O Wahoo. No drumming or shamanic experience is needed - just a desire to be an emissary of new life in your body, and in the body of Earth.
This drum circle will involve some erotic poetry and is really not suitable for kids.
